Overall this a great shower head and I’m very happy I got it. The good news is that the magnet is very strong and it grips nicely. I imagine because of the hose it would never align perfectly. If I notice any defects or imperfections with the item not obvious from the pictures, I will describe them in the paragraph above and include a close up photo. I would likely need a 9 or 10 i nch shower arm for it to have any chance of aligning close to straight up and down. I suggest using the zoom feature to get a closer look. There’s not much better after a day of adventures than taking a long luxurious shower.
If I had a longer arm it would be able to sit closer to straight but mine is only about 6 inches long (wall to where head attaches). There are six different spray settings and an easy switch to rotate between them all. I am going to assume this will go away over time. Features magnetic handshower so it snaps in place, and option to flow each shower head together or separately. The hose is rubber not metal, which I don’t mind BUT initially when I turn on the handheld I can smell the rubber smell in the water coming out of the handheld.
